Athena Haley

I joined the Fairway Family in 2019 as an administrative assistant when my husband, dogs, and I relocated back to where my heart and soul live, Washington. Over the years, I’ve grown on The Lake Cameron Team and developed into my position of processor and office manager. My family and I take advantage of our elements by hiking with our 3 dogs any weekend we can, rain or shine. In Washington, that’s no problem! I am so blessed to have set roots in the PNW and with my fairway family. 

Katherine Wells

I have been in the mortgage industry for five years now. I am passionate about assisting our clients and helping them make their dreams of homeownership a reality. When I’m not in the office I enjoy baking and spending time with my family and two cats.

Kader Green

Hi, my name is Kader! Recently, I got into the mortgage industry and discovered an appreciation for helping others begin a new chapter of their lives. Growing up in Kitsap County, I grew to love my community. My love for community continued to grow when I left for WSU to achieve my bachelor’s degree in Business Management. After moving back home and getting into the mortgage industry, I realized that this was where my passion was, helping others with their mortgage needs. I love what I do, I am a part of a fantastic team, and I love coming to work every day. 

Ethan Mackowitz

I recently joined the Fairway family in October of this year, and I couldn’t be more excited

about the opportunity. My family and I have lived in Kitsap County since 2010, however I am

originally from New Jersey. I went to high school on Bainbridge Island, but I now live in Poulsbo.

My hobbies include participating in outdoor activities with my friends, traveling, and studying

historic events that have taken place within financial markets. I absolutely cannot wait to assist

people in the largest investment of their life – A Home.
